These Rules are intended to explain to developers and their terminal users ("End-Users") how we process personal information to achieve the functionalities of the SDK Product.
Special Notice for Developers: As a developer, you shall:
Comply with laws and regulations to collect and process End-Users' personal information, including publishing your own privacy policy.

II. Third-Party Data Processing and Disclosure
We do not share personal information with third parties except for the necessary integration of third-party SDKs or as required by law. We require all partners to strictly follow our data protection measures.
III. User Rights Management
We support End-Users' rights to access, copy, modify, and delete their data. Since we are a PaaS provider, we require Developers to provide these mechanisms.
Account Deletion: If users log in via third-party accounts (e.g., WeChat, Facebook), unlinking the account will trigger immediate data deletion.
Data Retention: We may retain de-identified data (e.g., transaction records) as required by law.
IV. Data Storage
(1) Location
Data collected in the PRC is stored within the PRC. For global business, audio/video streams may be scheduled via global nodes to ensure low latency. We ensure that any cross-border transmission complies with applicable laws through encryption and standard contractual clauses.
(2) Retention Period
We retain information only for the minimum period necessary. For example, Cloud Storage data will be deleted after the service period expires (e.g., 7/30-day loop).
V. Information Security
Technical Measures: We use TLS/DTLS for transmission. Sensitive data like mobile numbers and video recordings are protected with encryption at rest.
Access Control: For identifiers like Device IDs (not encrypted at rest), we implement strict logical isolation and internal auditing to ensure access is limited to authorized personnel only.
Incident Response: We have established a Security Incident Response Mechanism. In case of a breach, we will initiate emergency measures and notify the authorities and Developers as required.
VI. Revisions and Notifications
We may revise these Rules. If changes significantly reduce End-Users' rights, we will notify Developers via website announcements. Developers must then update their own policies and obtain new consent from End-Users via pop-ups.
